The State Board coordinates the various functioning of Sunday School in the State of Kerala.

For effective administration, the activities of Sunday school is executed through 9 Zones - Tiruvananthapuram, Kottarakara, Pathanamthitta, Tiruvalla, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Highrange, Malabar and North Malabar.

Zonal functioning is coordinated by Zonal President, Zonal Secretary, Joint Secretary and Zonal Coordinator. The Zonal Committee consists of Centre Pastor and Centre Sunday School Secretary of respective Centres included in the Zone.

Centre Sunday School activities are coordinated by Centre Secretary under the guidance of Centre Pastor. Annual Exam, Centre Talent Test, Teachers Training and One Day Seminar are the main activities of every Centre Sunday School.

Sunday School in the local church is the basic unit of functioning. Church Pastor, Headmaster and Secretary coordinate the activities of Sunday School in respective churches.
